Isaac Fernandez has been making wines in Rioja for more than 30 years. The vineyards are located in and around Fuenmayor, in the heart of Rioja Alta in North-Central Spain. The mountains and continental climate offer perfect conditions for the cultivation of Tempranillo. The altitude of the vineyards is slightly higher than in most of Rioja, resulting in wines of with good freshness. The grapes are carefully hand harvested. No wine-making additives are used and the wines are very minimally fined or filtered.
