Wine
Our wine philosophy is simple. Drink what you like with what you like. Whether red or white, there'll be a favorite for every occasion. We pride ourselves on a wine collection that consists primarily of wines you won't find in the big box stores. We try our best to find "craft" wines that are from winemakers who produce less than 5,000 cases per year.
Rosé and Whites
Klinker Brick Bricks & Roses Rosé 2022, Lodi, CA, 11.9% ABV — Mouthwatering notes of strawberry guava, and a hint of grapefruit lead into a crisp and refreshing texture on the palate. True to Klinker Brick style, this wine retains a balance of freshness and aromatics, while still providing a dry finish.
Camarey Chardonnay, Languedoc-Roussillon, France, 14% ABV — Languedoc-Roussillon is one of the oldest wine producing regions in France and is said to date back to at least 6000 BC. A light-bodied, fresh Chardonnay with high minerality and perfumey notes on the palate.
Vinum Chenin Blanc, Clarksburg, CA, 12.5% ABV — Crisp white wine made in style of the Loire Valley of France. The aromas are classic Chenin, with Verbena and citrus, clover honey and Casaba melon. The crisp palate is juicy with honeysuckle and Rainer cherry flavors underscoring the integrated acidity with a generous fruit driven center. The finish is layered with mineral, wet stone, lemon zest and Key Lime with pear grit and sweet passionfruit essence while finishing bone dry.
Division Villages La Frontierre Sauvignon Blanc, Oregon, 13.5% ABV — Division Winery is nestled in the heart of Willamette. This Sauvignon Blanc is made in the style of the Loire Valley, much more tropical in flavor and far more mineral driven. Notes of mango, cantaloupe, and lime zest on the palette, with some fresh cut grass, chalky mineral undertone, and intense floral Jasmine on the nose.
Not on tap, but it’s a fan favorite, so we pour it by the bottle:
A to Z Pinot Gris, Oregon, 13.5% ABV — Refreshing and lithe on the palate. Aromas of Meyer lemon, lemon verbena, tangerine, apricot, peach, apple, pear, quince, melon and honeysuckle add a hint of sweetness to the air around it. Impeccable balance from bright acidity and nice length. The fruit flavors carry through to the full-bodied palate. Rating: 90
Reds
Empire Builder Cabernet Franc, New York, 13.5% ABV — Bruce Schneider has been crafting acclaimed NY State Cabernet Franc since 1994. 100% Cabernet Franc from the Wagner Vineyard on the East side Seneca Lake and Sheldrake Point Vineyard on the West side of Cayuga Lake. Aged in seasoned French oak for six months before bottled with minimal filtration. Medium bodied with soft tannins. Aromas of raspberry and pencil shavings, which are classic notes of Cab Franc, complimented by a kiss of oak and some subtle notes of savory herbs and dark chocolate on the palate.
Klinker Brick Zinfandel 2018, Lodi, CA, 15.4% ABV — This is KB’s flagship Zinfandel, made from vineyard blocks up to 120 years old. Delta Breezes and the associated fog allow above-average acidity for the region, providing notes of dark cherry and spices. Barrel fermentation provides additional structure to a thin skinned varietal. The extremely low yields of century-old vineyards bring notes of raspberry and cranberry, with a hint of black pepper. The result is a balanced and complex Zinfandel perfect for both Summer barbecues and Fall fire pits. Rating: 91, Winemag.com
Martin Ray Synthesis Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, Napa Valley, CA, 14.1% ABV — Synthesis is blended to showcase the nuances of the Napa Valley floor counterbalanced by the structure and tertiary notes of the mountains. Deep and polished with plum, fresh cherry and marionberry with touches of cassis and clove. Vibrant red fruits layered with dried sage and cedar. Full and steadfast, its bright acidity is balanced by well-integrated tannins, with a hint of cocoa and earth on the finish. 98.5% Cabernet, 1.5% Merlot.
Andrew Murray Tous les Jour Syrah, Santa Barbara, CA, 14.5% ABV — Simultaneously bold and balanced, rich and smooth, fruit forward, and earthy. It is impossibly dark and full-bodied, without ever going over the top. It is heavily inspired by Northern Rhone Syrah and Australian Shiraz. The aromas and flavors are dominated by black cherry, raspberry, white pepper, forest floor and toasty oak.
Not on tap, but it’s a fan favorite, so we pour it by the bottle:
Meiomi Pinot Noir, Sonoma County, CA, 13.7% ABV — A rich garnet color, the wine reveals lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, vanilla, and toasty oak. Expressive boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry, juicy strawberry, and toasty mocha flavors lend complexity to the soft, plush palate. The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir.

Mica Town Hunt for Red Oktoberfest, Marion, NC, 5.5% ABV — Marzen is a traditional Bavarian lager, and is one of the world’s most popular beer styles. It’s enjoyed the world over during Oktoberfest celebrations. MT’s version uses Munich, 2-row, and caramel malts, and is hopped with Hallertau and Tettnang. So wonderfully seasonal!
Red Oak Bavarian Amber, Greensboro, NC, 5% ABV — You can taste the heartiness of the lager yeast and the mild sweetness of the Bavarian malted barley. You can smell the floral notes of the Noble hops. When poured, the deep amber and red color entices and entrances.
