February 10, 2025 — We have a little bit of news to report.

After carefully considering, we have decided to sell Craft’d, and happily, we have a potential buyer. The sale is in process, and we hope to have it completed in about two months.

The new owners are intending to keep Craft’d running as is. And, of course, we are fully operational until the sale is complete, except there are no Friday Wine Tastings scheduled. We sincerely hope that you will continue to shop with us and support our small business, including our local artist family, and give the new owners the same love you have given us.

Owning and running Craft’d has been a dream come true and has exceeded any and all expectations. It has been an amazing almost six years and we very much want the shop to remain part of the Downtown Morganton community (as opposed to simply closing it). We believe we have the perfect replacements to take it to the next level.

We are ready for the next phase, which has already started and holds some big things for us. We will keep you posted on the sale process and, of course, announce the new owners as soon as we can.
