As a fifth-generation Napa Valley winemaker, Joe’s roots run deep in the rich Napa soils. He learned his way around a vineyard long before he was able to drink wine, working alongside his father at Caymus. Then, in 2001, created Belle Glos, with a focus on vineyard-designated Pinot Noirs from California’s best coastal regions. His love for Napa wine and the fusion of natural elements, history, and spirit found in the Napa Valley are the foundation for Quilt. Quilt Chardonnay 2021 — Pale straw yellow color. Aromas of juicy white peach, honeysuckle, pear, white plum, and nectarine. Bright and crisp on the palate with stone fruit, Meyer lemon zest and hints of toasted brioche. 14.7% ABV. $38.99/$13

Quilt Threadcount Red Blend 2022 — ‘Threadcount’ is the sum of the threads and weft of a fabric, denoting its texture. Dark cherry red with scarlet red highlights. Complex aromas of black raspberry, milk chocolate, and soft hints of sweet cedar. Bold flavors of boysenberry pie, sugar cookie, and toffee lead to subtle notes of strawberry jam and baking spice. The balanced and complex tannin structure creates a long-lasting finish. 14.7% ABV. $30.99/$10

Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 — Dark plum in color with aromas of dark cherry strudel, ripe blackberry, and cocoa. Bold and opulent flavors on the palate. Boysenberry jam, dark chocolate, and Malabar plum swirl with a hint of clove. Elegant with strong acidity and velvety tannins lead to a long, smooth finish. 15.1% ABV.
