2018 Nortico Alvarinho is from Minho in northern Portugal. It's the same grape as Spanish Albarino. Delicious, fresh, a little oceanic, perfect for Spring. Small plots and the average age of their vines is 40 years. $15.99

2018 Bodegas Torremoron Tinto, a verrrry old-vine Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero in Spain. This winery literally supports a village. Their vines are 120 years old and this is the only wine they make! $16.99.

The importer of these wines is Olé & Obrigado Imports, which specializes in Spanish and Portuguese wines. They are donating 50% of the profits on these selections to the Restaurant Workers Community Fund, which is helping out-of-work service-industry folks during this crazy time.
