As you know, this is our first Friday Night Wine Tasting of (20)21 and to celebrate, we are featuring Thirty-Seven (37) Winery, a multi-award-winning winery in Sonoma, CA. A point of interest: the 37 interlocking circles on the the winery's logo create the Flower of Life, an ancient representation of the inter-connectivity between all living things and the inherent balance of nature.

We will be tasting:

2016 Albariño -- Steely in acidity, this white has a fleshy mid-palate of apricot with floral underpinnings of jasmine and rose. A moderate body of texture is layered and refreshingly crisp. $25.99

2015 Sonoma Chardonnay -- Well-balanced, this coastal wine is deftly integrated in acidity and floral aromas of apple blossom. Its exotic flavor profile leans into quince, fig and classic Gravenstein apple. $34.99

2015 Reserve Merlot -- This is a tiny (YAY!) production, reserve-tier wine, high-toned in red plum and savory black olive. It offers a sturdy foundation of toasted oak and tannin midway through on the palate before finishing bright. $61.99

These wines are all rated 90 by Wine Enthusiast!!!

Let's recap: It's 2021, Thirty-Seven Winery, all rated a 90. Oh, the 25! On Friday, during the WT, all three bottles of wine will be offered at 25% off the regular price*! There we have it: 21-37-90-25.

In an effort to accommodate our own sense of social responsibility, we are continuing with tableside tastings. C'mon in when you're ready. Masks are still required upon entry, until you are seated, and if you need to get up.
