Their debut wine was the 1998 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and they have made it every year since. Working with prestigious vineyard growers, the winery has farmed and produced a multitude of wines from every AVA in Napa Valley, notably focusing on Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Mendocino. Elizabeth Spencer Special Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2022 — The wine is light golden hue in the glass, with aromas of lemon and notes of apricot and white peach. A balanced palate offers fresh citrus fruits on the entry and finishes with layers of stone fruits and green apple. It’s well balanced, with minerality, integrated acidity, and a bright finish. 12.6% ABV. $20.50/7

Elizabeth Spencer Special Cuvée Grenache 2022 — With a deep ink hue, the aromas of this grenache are rich and enticing, casting notes of wild strawberry and fruit compote, and subtle hints of cedar tree tips. On the palate, the wine shows well-integrated acidity that blends with the fruit flavors. The finish lingers, with hints of raspberry, black cherry, and a wisp of black pepper. Serve slightly chilled. 14.1% ABV. $34/13

Elizabeth Spencer Special Cuvée Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 — Aromas of black cherry, sun-dried blackberry, rich chocolate, velvety caramel, and subtle hints of licorice. The palate unfolds, presenting flavors of luscious ripe black fruits, Madagascar vanilla bean, and a blend of baking spices. The mouthfeel boasts the caress of silky tannins, gracefully balanced acidity, and an enduring, lingering finish. 13.5% ABV. $30/10
